FMG Stadium
Working on a full replacement upgrade of the lighting towers at FMG Stadium, Feisst Electrical took on the role of main contractor.
The critical tasks, from the deconstruction of the old head frames through to the installation of the new head frames, tested and livened, were delivered within a short 8-week timeframe.
Coordination of many moving parts and multiple disciplines (including rope access and rigging teams, engineering, Signify, craneage, traffic management, civil contractors, Solid Group and our own team of up to 20 electrical personnel) meant the mapping out of daily activities was critical. And every hour was accounted for through a detailed programme, daily prestart meetings, and toolbox talks.
