The Feisst Group has a ‘top down’ Health and Safety culture, with General Managers directly involved with staff facilitating toolbox talks, heading out on site visits, and attending the monthly General Managers Health and Safety meeting.

All Feisst staff have access to OCP’s specialist and professional support and advisory services. This is free and confidential. Our on-site support from OCP includes critical incident response too.
